Residential Sealing
We use a coal tar water based sealer which leaves a natural color, finish, and texture of a brand new driveway. All properties will be prepped prior to sealing. We will hand brush sealer around the house foundation, garages, patios, steps, cobble stone, and rock walls to ensure no overspray and then apply a thick coating of sealer by spraying the rest of the driveway evenly.
Commercial Sealing
All commercial properties will be completed with the same coal tar water based sealer. Hand brushing will be done around all walkways, driveways, entrences, and curbs. We offer line striping and work around your schedule to ensure the job will be done in a timely manor.
Line Striping
We use a led free water based paint which dries within ten minutes. We offer any color, white, yellow, blue, black, etc. Any wording or stencil can be provided, fire lanes, handicap, crosswalks, parking spots, and no parking zones.

Oil Spot Treatment
Liquid and hot tar can be applied to repair and fill cracks. Both solutions are proven to increase the useful life of your asphalt by sealing off cracks which will prevent water from seeping in and destroying your foundation. The liquid tar is great way to fill in stubborn small cracks while hot tar is better for larger cracks.
Hot and cold patch can be aplied to pot holes depending on their size. Filling in these holes will not only smoothen out the surface of your driveway but also prevent water from destroying your asphalts foundation.
Acrylic bonder can be applied to oil spots in preparing your driveway for sealant. This solution will prevent the oil spot from bleeding through the newly applied sealer.
